After she received Masters degree in Architecture at The Royal College of Art, driven by one of her greatest passions Justina began her career in Interior Design working alongside the world-renowned Anouska Hempel. Baccarat Rabat Hotel (Morocco), Garcha Hotel in Santiago (Chile) and in designing multiple private luxury residences in London. Later whilst working with one of the industry’s favourite - 1508 London - Justina has been a part of the team delivering a number of Residential and Office projects in St. Petersburg, Nigeria and the South of France.

Born in Lisbon in 1982 where he also graduated in graphic design in IADE, Miguel has worked in film production, and the tourism industry, however writing has always been present in his life.
He is a traveller at heart, always glad to explore as many different countries and cultures as he can and bring with him an informed global awareness.
Its his goal to find the best way to translate your thoughts and ideas into words that can help you connect with a global and ever more informed customer.

Her adventurous spirit and studies in Anthropology led her to travel extensively to remote places. Along the way, she developed a passion for culture, food, surfing, art, yoga and nature which she translates into a unique and rich skill-set for creating and promoting travel brands. With a unique understanding of culture, 20 years of experience in Communication and Marketing and multiple awards under her belt, Barros now applies her eclectic knowledge to working with international clients promoting unique destinations and cultivating rare experiences. She supports initiatives or brands that make a commitment to contributing to the community or the planet in some way and that have a sustainable attitude.
Lorenzo Degl'innocenti
Painter / Animator / Director / Sculptor
Born in Firenze in 1976, he graduated from Liceo Artistico Leon Battista Alberti in that same city.
In 2001 he began his odissey in Lisbon where he still lives nowadays.
He divided his time between illustration and the world of animation, studying at Ar.Co and Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. In two years he switched from student to teacher, having taught at both Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and as an Assistant Professor at the Academy of Fine Arts of Lisbon.
While stop motion animation was the primary means of his artistic expression he has evolved over time in new directions: sculpture, traditional animation, music videos, advertising and painting.
Luis Carvalho / Pino
Motion Graphics
Luis graduated in graphic design, having found after a few years his true passion in motion design.
He commits completely in helping us make the magic happen and is always pushing himself to do better, his graduation in graphic design makes it really easy to be mindful of the entire process of creation.
This has enriched all of the motion graphics projects he’s been involved with - spanning across all market sectors.
He worked in Brandia Central from 2010 to 2014, and has built a thriving freelance career since then, working with several prime agencies in the market, such as Unlock Brands, Ivity Brandcorp, J W Thompson, Ones Atelier and several more.
